We are seeking a skilled Bookkeeper with experience in the construction industry to join our team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with accounting regulations.
- Manage all phases of job costing within accounting software
- Maintain all accounting, computer and financial records
- Financial Reporting, P&L, on a Job-by-Job Basis
- Establish a rapport with insurance carriers, customers, vendors, subcontractors, adjusters, agents and fellow employees
- Enter timesheets and process payroll
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $27.00 - $29.00 per hour
